Upgrade the sound, performance, and flow of your Polaris RZR Pro XP or RZR Turbo R with the Treal Performance Full Turbo-Back Exhaust System. Designed as a complete bolt-on exhaust upgrade, this system includes both the front exhaust section and rear slip-on muffler section to deliver maximum performance, improved exhaust flow, and a deep, aggressive exhaust tone.
Built in-house in the USA from 100% stainless steel and fully TIG welded, this exhaust system is made for riders who want premium craftsmanship, long-term durability, and real-world performance gains. The system features 3-inch piping, smooth mandrel bends, and a straight-through muffler design to help reduce restriction and improve overall exhaust efficiency.
The front section is available with an optional resonator, which substantially reduces sound levels and gives the exhaust a deeper, more refined tone without sacrificing exhaust flow or power. This makes it a great option for riders who want strong performance while keeping sound more controlled.
On our in-house dyno, the front section has shown gains of approximately 4-6 horsepower to the tire, while the rear slip-on section has shown gains of approximately 7-10 horsepower to the tire. Combined, the full turbo-back system has shown gains of approximately 11-16 horsepower to the tire. Vehicles with larger turbo setups may see even greater gains from the front section.
Each system includes new turbo Allen bolts, hardware for the 3-bolt flange connection, two O2 bungs for running an aftermarket wideband, and an adapter for those using the smaller O2 sensor. The factory turbo gasket is reused during installation as long as it is still in good condition.
This system is also designed to work with the factory rear bumper cover for a clean fit and straightforward installation. For riders who want spark arrestor compatibility, the dual-tip option is designed to work with two factory spark arrestors.
