Designed as a direct bolt-on rear muffler upgrade, this system fits 2016-2021 RZR XP Turbo and 2018-2021 RZR Turbo S models, including both 2-seat and 4-seat configurations.
Built in-house in the USA from 100% stainless steel, each exhaust is fully TIG welded for outstanding durability, strength, and premium craftsmanship. This RZR slip-on exhaust features a straight-through muffler design that improves exhaust flow while delivering a deep, aggressive sound without being overly loud or harsh.
Our dyno-tested exhaust system has shown gains of approximately 7-10 horsepower to the tire while also weighing about 6 pounds less than the stock muffler. The result is improved performance, less weight, and a more exciting exhaust note in one simple upgrade.
This exhaust is designed to work with the factory rear bumper cover for a clean fit and straightforward installation. For riders who want spark arrestor compatibility, the dual-tip option is designed to work with two factory spark arrestors.

I bought the muffler set up not the full exhaust, it was a straight forward install and sounds GREAT. Before you start it, clean it really well to remove all the finger prints from the stainless. I polished mine by hand and got all the polish off, then started it and let it run for about 20 mins, let it cool down, ran it again at idle, cool down etc. If you don't clean it I think you will burn in the finger prints or body oils. once seasoned I think your good. sounds amazing. i have a sound clip but cant get it to upload
