Upgrade the sound, performance, and style of your Polaris RZR Pro XP or RZR Turbo R with the Treal Performance Slip-On Exhaust System. Designed as a direct bolt-on rear muffler upgrade, this system fits 2020-2026 RZR Pro XP and 2022-2024 RZR Turbo R models, including both 2-seat and 4-seat configurations.
Built in-house in the USA from 100% stainless steel, each exhaust is fully TIG welded for excellent strength, long-term durability, and premium quality. This RZR slip-on exhaust features a straight-through muffler design that improves exhaust flow while delivering a deep, aggressive sound without being excessively loud.
Our dyno-tested exhaust system has shown gains of approximately 7-10 horsepower to the tire while also weighing about 6 pounds less than the stock muffler. That means improved performance, reduced weight, and a more exciting exhaust note in one simple upgrade.
This exhaust is designed to work with the factory rear bumper cover for a clean fit and straightforward installation. For riders needing spark arrestor compatibility, the dual-tip option is designed to work with two factory spark arrestors.

This full exhaust system with a resonator head pipe is one of the best looking and sounding after market exhaust I’ve ever been around and I’ve seen and heard a lot of them.
Love the sound! Really ordered because love that chrome look but after only 100 miles turned burnt brown - don’t love that ! Quality looks good .
The sound of this exhaust is just insane. Not overly loud but has a really deep rumble. I went with just the single tip slip on and it’s the best sounding exhaust I have ever heard. The build quality is beyond amazing it looks as good as it sounds. Only complaint I wish it had the option for a spark arrestor to be added.
WOW , Better than expected . Workman ship and Quality were exceptional . It got delayed By weather but it was worth the wait . Sounds awesome, but I cannot wait to get it out and really give it hell. I was kind of surprised it did not come with a new gasket. This was my 1st purchase from Treal Performance . I will be looking into more of there products . It was also Nice That Lindsay was from Nebraska
