Our RZR Front Exhaust Section is designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade to the factory exhaust components for a straightforward installation. It features 3-inch diameter piping and is available with an optional resonator.
The resonated version significantly reduces sound levels while producing a deeper, more refined tone, all without sacrificing exhaust flow or performance. On a stock turbo setup, this front section has shown gains of approximately 4 horsepower, with the potential for even greater gains on vehicles equipped with a larger turbo.
Each front section includes new turbo Allen bolts, along with Allen bolts and nuts for the 3-bolt flange connection to the rear muffler section. The factory turbo gasket is reused during installation as long as it is still in good condition. It also comes equipped with two O2 bungs, allowing the option to run an aftermarket wideband, as well as an adapter for vehicles using the smaller O2 sensor.
