The Treal Performance SM3, short for Single Muffler 3-Inch, is our in-house built performance exhaust system for the 2022-2026 Polaris RZR Pro R. Designed around a lightweight single-muffler layout and full 3-inch diameter exhaust flow, the SM3 delivers improved performance, a deep aggressive tone, and a clean custom appearance while retaining straightforward bolt-on installation.

Product Description
Give your 2022-2026 Polaris RZR Pro R a stronger sound, improved performance, and a completely different rear-end appearance with the Treal Performance SM3 3-Inch Exhaust System.
The name SM3 stands for Single Muffler 3-Inch, describing the foundation of this exhaust system: a lightweight single-muffler configuration paired with full 3-inch diameter stainless steel piping for increased exhaust flow and reduced restriction.
Designed and manufactured in-house at Treal Performance in Vancouver, Washington, every SM3 exhaust is constructed from high-quality stainless steel and fully TIG welded for strength, durability, and a premium finished appearance.
The SM3 features a straight-through muffler design that allows exhaust gases to flow efficiently through the system. On our in-house dyno, the SM3 produced an 5 WHP gain on a stock Pro R, providing a measurable performance improvement while maintaining excellent drivability.
Sound was also a major focus during development. The SM3 gives the naturally aspirated Pro R engine a deep, aggressive exhaust tone that is noticeably stronger and more exciting than stock. The straight-through design allows the engine to breathe while producing the powerful exhaust note a performance-built Pro R should have.
Premium Finish
The SM3 is designed to look every bit as good as it sounds. Each system features a polished stainless steel single muffler with the Treal Performance logo laser etched directly into the muffler, paired with micro-brushed stainless steel piping for a clean contrast in finish.
The system is completed with a slip-on carbon fiber exhaust tip, available with your choice of a Burnt Blue or Silver finish.
Bolt-On Installation
The Treal Performance SM3 is designed as a direct bolt-on exhaust system for the Polaris RZR Pro R and includes the hardware needed for installation.
The system is also designed to work with the factory Polaris rear exhaust cover, allowing you to retain the OE rear appearance if desired or showcase more of the SM3 exhaust system.
