Switch-Pros SP9100 125A 8-Switch Power Distribution System
Clean up your wiring and take control of your vehicle's electrical accessories with the Switch-Pros SP9100. Designed for UTVs, SXSs, off-road trucks, Jeeps, race vehicles, overland rigs, and custom builds, the SP9100 combines 8 programmable switches, 8 power outputs, and 125 amps of total capacity into one compact solid-state power distribution system.
Instead of wiring individual rocker switches, relays, fuse blocks, and complicated accessory circuits throughout your vehicle, the SP9100 centralizes accessory control into one clean system. Connect your accessories to the power module, mount the compact switch panel within easy reach of the driver, and customize how each circuit operates through the Switch-Pros app.
For most off-road builds that need eight or fewer controlled accessories, the SP9100 offers an excellent balance of power, simplicity, programmability, and compact size.
Built for UTV, SXS & Off-Road Accessory Control
The SP9100 is an excellent choice for controlling accessories such as:
- LED light bars and pods
- Rock lights
- Whip lights
- Chase and dust lights
- Cooling fans
- Air compressors
- Horns
- Pumps
- Cargo and bed lighting
- Work lights
- Communications equipment
- Other compatible 12-volt accessories
With four 35-amp outputs and four 20-amp outputs, the SP9100 gives you the flexibility to control both lower-current accessories and more demanding electrical loads from the same system.
8 Programmable Switches + 125A Capacity
The SP9100 features 8 individually programmable outputs with up to 125 amps of total system capacity.
Output Capacity
- 4 outputs rated at 35 amps each
- 4 outputs rated at 20 amps each
- 125 amps total system capacity
- Adjustable output overcurrent settings
This gives you enough capacity for a wide range of lighting, compressors, fans, pumps, and other accessories without requiring a traditional relay and fuse panel for every individual circuit.
Compact Solid-State Power Module
The SP9100 replaces the bulky collection of individual relays, fuse holders, and accessory wiring found in traditional electrical installations with a compact solid-state power module.
The power module measures only approximately 6" x 3" x 0.5", making it much easier to find a clean mounting location under the hood or elsewhere on vehicles where space is limited.
The compact switch panel measures just 4" x 2" x 0.375", allowing it to fit neatly into UTV dashboards, center consoles, overhead panels, and custom mounting locations.
Bluetooth Programming & Control
Built-in Bluetooth connectivity allows you to configure and operate the SP9100 using the free Switch-Pros app on a compatible phone or tablet.
Through the app, you can customize how your switches operate, control compatible accessories, and monitor vehicle battery voltage.
This makes it easy to change the behavior of your electrical system as your vehicle evolves without having to completely rewire your accessories.
Advanced Programmable Functions
The SP9100 gives you much more control than a traditional bank of rocker switches.
Programmable functions include:
- On/Off operation
- Momentary operation
- Flash functions
- Strobe functions
- User-selectable strobe patterns
- Adjustable dimming
- Dimming memory
- Master Mode
- Ignition-powered operation
- Battery-powered operation
- Automatic power-up
- Time-delay shutoff
- Low-voltage disconnect
- Sleep mode
- External trigger inputs
These features allow you to customize each circuit around the accessory it controls rather than being limited to basic On/Off operation.
Master Mode
Master Mode allows one switch to control up to seven additional switches simultaneously.
This is especially useful on UTVs, race vehicles, and custom builds where you may want several accessories to turn on or off together.
For example, a single master switch could be configured to activate multiple lighting circuits at once rather than requiring the driver to press several individual switches.
External Trigger Inputs
The SP9100 includes two external trigger inputs, and each trigger can activate up to four outputs.
Triggers can be configured as Active High or Active Low, giving you additional flexibility when integrating the SP9100 with factory vehicle circuits or other controls.
This can be useful for applications where you want accessories to respond automatically to another vehicle function rather than relying solely on the switch panel.
RCR-Touch® 8 Cover
The SP9100 includes the RCR-Touch® 8 cover, which snaps over the switch panel and creates tactile separation between the individual switches.
This makes it easier to locate and operate the correct control while wearing gloves or driving through rough terrain, where accurately hitting a flat touch-style switch can otherwise be difficult.
RGB Backlighting
Customize the appearance of your SP9100 with RGB switch-panel backlighting.
Orange LED indicators show which switches are active, while the included switch legends allow you to clearly identify the accessory assigned to each position.
The system includes 125 user-selectable horizontal legends, giving you plenty of options for labeling your setup.
Built for Harsh Environments
Both the SP9100 switch panel and power module carry an IP67 waterproof rating, making the system well suited for off-road environments where water, mud, dust, and vibration are part of the job.
The power module is rated for under-hood temperatures from approximately -40°C to 125°C, allowing it to operate in demanding automotive and powersports environments.
Expandable System
Need accessory controls in more than one location?
The SP9100 supports additional compatible Switch-Pros remote switch panels.
Up to three switch panels can be daisy-chained to one power module, allowing the same accessory circuits to be controlled from multiple locations.
This can be especially useful for larger off-road vehicles, race cars, overland builds, and custom applications where controls are needed in more than one area of the vehicle.

SP9100 vs. RCR-Force 12
Trying to decide between the Switch-Pros SP9100 and RCR-Force 12?
For many UTV, SXS, Jeep, truck, and recreational off-road builds, the SP9100 is all the system you'll need.
Choose the SP9100 if you need:
- Up to 8 switched accessories
- 8 power outputs
- 125 amps of total capacity
- Four 35A and four 20A outputs
- Bluetooth programming and control
- RGB backlighting
- Flash, strobe, dimming, and momentary functions
- External trigger capability
- A smaller switch panel and power module
- A simpler and more affordable Switch-Pros system
Consider the RCR-Force 12 if you need:
- More than 8 switches
- More than 8 electrical circuits
- Additional room for future accessories
- 150 amps of total capacity
- Additional high-inrush circuits
- More advanced control options
- PIN-protected Panel Lockout and vehicle start-control capability
If your build is comfortably within eight circuits, the SP9100 provides the core Switch-Pros functionality in a smaller and more affordable package. If you're already approaching eight accessories or expect the vehicle to become significantly more complex later, stepping up to the RCR-Force 12 may save you from having to upgrade the electrical system down the road.
