🕒 Shipping Cutoff

  • UPS Shipping Cutoff: 1:00 PM PST
  • UPS Next Day Cutoff: 10:30 AM PST
  • Holidays excluded

📦 Shipping Details 

  • UPS Ground typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are for transit only—processing time is not included.
  • Shipping times are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons.
  • Need your order by a specific date? Contact us and we'll help explore options.
  • If you paid using the Shop Pay app, it may show your item as “shipped” prematurely — you’ll receive a tracking number once it actually ships, and that is the only true shipping confirmation.
  • Once shipped, UPS takes responsibility. But we’re always happy to help if problems arise!


🔧 Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Treal Performance Products: Lead time ranges from 2 days to 3 weeks (if out of stock). Items ordered before 1pm and in-stock available, may go out the same day. If time sensitive, please call us & verify availability.
  • Non-Treal Products: May drop-ship from suppliers or require additional assembly time (e.g., stereo systems).
  • Next-Day Air: Contact us to confirm availability before placing the order.

 🌐 Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other related charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. These fees are determined by the destination country’s laws and can vary depending on the item type, value, and country of origin.

Treal Performance does not have a way to predict or control these costs, and we cannot adjust our pricing to include them. All customs, duties, and import-related fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by your country’s customs office at the time of delivery.

We encourage customers to check with their local customs office for more information before placing an order. We are also working on updating our website policies and communications to make this clearer and ensure customers are aware of these potential fees in advance.
